Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything spotless and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was excellent. Room very comfortable with everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone with no hesitation. Lovely views over the beach.

We booked a sea view room and it was excellent with everything you need and very comfortable large bed. Breakfast next morning was also excellent. Would definitely stay again if in area. Wish we had longer there.
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at The Waterside which I booked to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Our room overlooking the water was just wonderful, clean, modern, spacious and extremely comfortable. We had booked the dinner, b&b and bottle of Prosecco deal which we thought was very good value. We enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast and also drinks outside in the garden in the sunshine. We are already planning our next visit which will be our third. Would highly recommend.
Stayed here last night as a last minute getaway for my partners birthday & had a lovely time. Rooms were immaculate loved the sea views. My wee doggy loved her stay too, very pet friendly. The beer garden was gorgeous watching the sunset. Service was fab. Dinner was nice. All the staff were lovely buy a special shout out to Jack the trainee who was working in the bar last night (1/4/25). We both separately commented on how he went above & beyond and really stood out.
Had a fantastic weekend at this hotel! The hotel and surroundings are absolutely beautiful! Staff are very helpful, the food and drinks were delicious! Spa at the sister hotel was great, new, clean and luxurious. Hotel is clean and fresh in all areas, very well looked after. Will definitely be back!
Fabulous hotel in fantastic location. Massive room with stunning views over to Arran. Food at dinner and breakfast was delicious and service was prompt and efficient. All staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful and made our stay a pleasure. Overall, tremendous visit and hopefully we will stay again sometime soon.
Always a 10/10 experience every time we go here. The staff are so lovely and attentive. Food is delicious and massive portions. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and some offer views of the sea. Totally recommend this hotel and it is exactly why we’re getting married here next year!

What an absolute gem of a hotel. All staff were fantastic very accommodating and helpful. Very spacious room tastefully decorated and the views of Arran and the coastline are stunning. Afternoon tea and breakfast were of a high standard and delicious. We will definitely be back and have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends. Thanks everyone for a great stay!!

I had a very enjoyable experience at the waterside. The waitress very kindly found me a table when the pub was packed. The meal I ordered was recommended by a different waitress because I couldn’t decide what I wanted. The food was incredible and did not disappoint đź‘Ź. I would recommend eating here if you’re ever in Ayrshire. The location is beautiful and the staff were fantastic.
