The Waterside Hotel is owned by SimpsInns, a 'Privately Owned, Proudly Independent' hospitality company with award winning hotels, restaurants, bars, golf and leisure across Ayrshire.

The Waterside bar and restaurant opened at the end of 2011 after a  multi-million refurbishment programme and within two years picked up an award for its stunning design and outside Beach Garden and Si! Shack area with panoramic views to Arran.

In May 2015 the new Waterside Hotel opened and has quickly become one of the most desirable boutique hotels with state of the art wedding, conference and banqueting facilities to meet all your business needs.

The substantial second phase works is now complete. The Waterside Hotel boasts 23 immaculate bedrooms and suites, which carry through the New England/Cape Cod design theme with unparalleled vistas to Arran and the Ayrshire countryside.

The Kyle Suite has a capacity for up to 250 delegates with a range of room configurations to suit. For more intimate meetings we have various breakout zones such as the Lamlash Suite, Machrie Suite, Ailsa Lounge and Shiskine Bar.

Our experienced and friendly team look forward to welcoming you to The Waterside Hotel and hope you have a most enjoyable time with us.
