, which is part of the SimpsInns
group, a family owned business with award winning hotels, bars, restaurants, golf and leisure facilities across Ayrshire. The Gailes Hotel is hugely popular with both the business and leisure market and is one of Ayrshire’s standout wedding venues. Edward works within the Zest Restaurant kitchen which offers a range from contemporary to simply traditional cuisine, using local Ayrshire produce where possible. This was Edwards’s first job since leaving school and immediately he demonstrated a fantastic passion, natural flare and a huge desire to learn which was reflected within his qualification. We look forward to progressing Edward on to his level 3 in the future.
